3: All our Live Plants Orders are Shipped By Fedex/ Dhl .To ensure a Fast Delivery So plants reach in good health on Arrival.
4: All Live Plants orders are Accompanied With Phytosanitary certificate For Fast and Smooth clearance at Customs.
5: Orders Which are Shipped With Phytosanitary certificates are First Submitted to get a Phytosanitary certificate. Which can take upto 7 to 10 Days to get a Phytosanitary certificate Issued

7: How can I cancel my order
Have you placed an order and realized you need to cancel it? Don't worry, there is a simple process to follow to cancel your order. The first step to cancel your order is to send us an e-mail with the words "cancel order" in the subject field. Make sure to include your name and your order number in the email.
